About the Event

In the wake of the killing of Sarah Everard there has been an outpouring of rage and sorrow - it has been a dreadful reminder that we still live in a world where, too often, women are not safe. We extend our solidarity with those who have shared their experiences and raised their concerns over gender-based violence, and we hear these voices as a call to action to challenge the systematic and cultural ‘everyday sexism’ that still exists in theatre as part of wider society, and to work together, however you identify, towards a safer and more inclusive workspace for all.
